Whitefish Lodge & Suites and Manhattan Beach Lodge Reservation Cancellation/No Show Policy:
Memorial Weekend to Labor Day Weekend our cancellation policy is 14 days prior to your arrival. From Labor Day to the Thursday prior to Memorial our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to your arrival. You must obtain a cancellation number when canceling a reservation. This will ensure that your reservation has been properly cancelled. Cancellations made after the 14 days/2 days will be charged one night's room charge plus tax or 50% of your total multiple night stay. A 25% deposit is required on all reservations therefore a $10 processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.

Sundance Ridge Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation and Reservation Policy for Sundance Ridge Town Homes is as follows: Upon making a reservation for Sundance Ridge Town Homes a 50% down payment is required. Two weeks prior to your stay the remaining balance is due. If you wish to cancel your reservation at Sundance Ridge the policy is as follows: 6 months or more prior to arrival 100% of deposit is returned, 3 to 5 months prior to arrival 75% of deposit is returned, 1 to 2 months prior to arrival 50% of deposit is returned, 2 to 4 weeks prior to arrival 25% of deposit is returned, less than 2 weeks prior to arrival or does not show up for their reservation no refund is returned. A No Show is a guest who has not notified the resort of a late arrival and/or has not arrived by 11:00 PM on the day of expected arrival. You must obtain a cancellation number(s) when canceling a reservation(s). This ensures you have properly cancelled your room(s) reservation. The room(s) will automatically be released back into the resorts inventory once the cancellation is made.
Rates/Minimum Stay Policy:
Lodge rates are per night and subject to change. We honor AAA, & AARP discounts based upon availability at the time of reservation. No AAA/ AARP rates available during Summer Peak Season Thurs- Sat Nights. Holidays and Events are subject to special event rates/nights. Two night minimum stay required during the Summer and Summer Peak Seasons. The two night minimum is required only for stays that include Friday or Saturday nights (i.e. Thursday & Friday; Friday & Saturday; Saturday & Sunday). All rates are subject to tax.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Major Credit Card and you must be 18 years of age. Your room will then be held up until 11 PM on your arrival date. Prior to 6 PM on your arrival date we validate and authorize all credit cards for guarantee. If for any reason we are unable to validate your credit card, your reservation confirmation becomes Non-Guaranteed. Your rooms are released immediately back into the resort's inventory for sale. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have a valid credit card on file prior to their arrival.
Special Requests Policy:
We may not be able to meet special requests for rooms due to the floor plan of the resort (i.e. location, adjoining or connecting). Other special requests (i.e. roll-a-ways & cribs) are subject to availability at time of check-in. Roll-a-ways are $10 plus tax per night per rollaway. Cribs are free.
Noise Complaint Policy:
A "Quiet Time" will be enforced from midnight to 7:00 AM
If a noise complaint is received by the resort, the guest against whom the complaint is issued may become responsible for the full amount of their stay, as well as any discounts or credits the resort gives to compensate other guests who were disturbed.
No Smoking Policy:
Whitefish Properties are all Non-Smoking facilities. Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the building. If this policy is not adhered to, a $300.00 cleaning fee will be assessed to your account.
Pets are allowed in select rooms at Whitefish Lodge & Suites, Manhattan Beach Lodge and Sundance Ridge Town Homes for a fee. A $300 cleaning fee will be charge to your folio if a pet is found in a room that has not been approved of by our staff.
