Manhattan's New Summer Menu

Summer is here and so is our brand-new menu at Manhattan’s!! Let’s take a closer look at a few of our new Lunch, Dinner, Wine & NEW this year Tiki Bar menu items.


Manhattan’s Lunch Menu

Served Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays from 11 am – 3 pm we feature many items that are perfect for dining lakeside or to take out on the boat.


A couple of our favorites are:

The Minnesota Poh Boy It’s a great alternative to the deep-fried walleye everyone does it’s not really greasy being pan friend says Casey. It is topped with shredded lettuce, tomato, house tartar sauce and served on a hoagie bun. A true staple to any lakeside restaurant in Minnesota.


The Black & Boursin Burger is a 1/3# angus beef patty served on an artisan bianco bun with cajun seasoning and topped with bacon, garlic & herb boursin cheese. A little messy but one of the best burgers in the lakes area! The creamy herbed Boursin cheese pairs perfectly with the spicy Cajun seasoning on the burger.


All of our lunch sandwiches are served with pickles and bistro kettle chips. Don’t worry you can upgrade to battered fries, sweet potato fries, truffle fries or fruit


Manhattan’s Dinner Menu

Served daily starting at 4pm. Featuring fresh ingredients and made to order, Chef Casey and his team have hand selected each item to bring you the perfect dining experience. Featured in the Lakes Area Dining Guide as a Trailblazer, Chef Casey Bryant is brining big, bold flavored ideas to our new summer menu! And we are excited to share a few of those with you!


Here are a few of our favorite new items and a couple of Manhattan’s staple menu items:


The Ensalada power bowl is one of my favorite new menu items. Its flavors are so fresh that it’s perfect for a hot summer day, and it is extremely healthy for you which is a huge bonus! Made with quinoa, kale, couscous, black barley, brown and red rice, tossed with cilantro lime vinaigrette and topped with avocado, red pepper, heirloom grape tomatoes and queso fresco for a fee you can enhance it with chicken, shrimp or ahi tuna.


Chef Casey’s Jamaican Jerk Chicken is a marinated 8 oz. airline chicken breast, grilled and served with orange cream sauce, couscous pilaf and seasonal vegetables. Another great summer food. It’s a light option with huge flavor. The spices in the jerk marinade pair perfectly with the orange cream sauce. This dish brings a flare of Spanish cuisine to the lakes area.


Our ever-popular Manhattan’s Legendary Walleye has been a staple to our menu for YEARS!!

Served just how you want it, it can be prepared Broiled, Pan-Fried or Parmesan and Almond Crusted and is served with Minnesota seasoned wild rice pilaf and seasonal vegetables. We are proud to serve this menu item year-round and is our bestselling!


We do have some items that are available during lunch and dinner!!

Manhattan’s Cajun Steak Bites are sautéed and served with Cajun cream sauce & grilled crostini (another item that is on our menu year-round)


Candied Bacon (need we say more??) Enjoy four pieces of candied bacon served with a dark ale mustard – Every meal is better when you start with BACON!


TACOS!!! Who doesn’t like a good taco?? We’ve upped our game on these beauties!

We even have a special day for just the tacos!! Tiki Taco Tuesday – the title says it all. Come to the Tiki Bar Tuesdays between 12 pm and Dusk and you can order these delicious tacos lakeside AND you get $5 off each of them!! Whoa! I’ll see you at the Tiki Bar on Tuesdays!


Bang Bang Shrimp tacos is three warm flour tortillas, sautéed shrimp, bang-bang sauce, kale slaw, cilantro, avocado crema and queso fresco


The Pub tacos is three warm flour tortillas, braised beef, pickled onion, grape tomatoes, aged cheddar, adobo crema, cilantro and fresh chiles


Our Ahi tacos is three warm flour tortillas, rare seared ahi tuna, Asian slaw and chimichurri


New this year is our Tiki Bar menu!! We have servers for select areas of our lawn and tiki bar that will take your order and deliver your food!! You can even order right from your boat at the docks! Upped our game here to!!


You can order any of the tacos listed above as well as some chips & salsa, our giant pretzel, the Lodge Wings, something a little lighter like our Tiki Salad (rare ahi tuna with mixed greens, edamame, sesame seeds, fried wasabi wontons tossed in a lemon vinaigrette), the Ensalada Bowl or you can order the Chicken Strips for the kids while they play on the beach!


There is always time for Wine… Right!! Crystal Glaser our Director of Sales and Marketing and our personal Wine Sommelier has spent many hours hand picking the perfect wines that compliment all our menu items. She even took a trip out to wine country to see it firsthand! Now that is dedication!


We have also added the Coravin system this year! This ensures you are getting the freshest glass of wine!


These are a few of her favorite wines on this year’s Wine menu:

Napa Valley’s Twomey by Silver Oak Pinot Noir is balanced and enhanced by fresh cherries. This bold wine pairs best with our Filet, Ribeye, either of our chicken dishes and our Salmon cake appetizer.


California’s Barrel Burner Cabernet Sauvignon is loaded with the flavors of brambly fruit, cassis and vanilla. An all-around great choice to pair with hearty foods such as a good burger, prime rib (available on Friday & Saturday nights), filet or ribeye.


Washington’s Chateau St Michelle Rosé beautiful light pale pink color. The fresh and lively wine offers bright aromas of watermelon and raspberry with flavors of wild strawberry, citrus zest and hints of melon. It is soft and flavorful on the palate with a long crisp finish. This delicious wine will pair best with our Tuna, Tiki Salad, Shrimp, any of our tacos and our Pasta Fresca!


New Zealand’s Villa Maria Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc is bursting with ripe melon and fresh lime aromas, vibrant and crisp with a lingering sparkle in the mouth. The small delicate bubbles of this frizzante style wine enhance zingy fruit flavors capturing the essence of New Zealand. A superb apéritif wine and perfect with seafood.
